Still Here

Well, hello again. Seems my idea of getting back to blogging stalled quickly. That's ok for now. I have my hands full with a house remodel (more on that later) and an impending move to Singapore (yes, Singapore!) in two months (definitely more on that later).

I'd love to post some pics of what I've been up to, but Tarek has my camera in Singapore. Maybe I'll post his pictures later. Those would be more interesting, I'm sure!

It feels good to post. Finally. Funny how I can think and think and think about doing something, but never take the time to actually do it. Well, what do I say now that I'm here? Hmm... well, I've done quite a bit of sewing the since our move to Dallas. Several dresses for Mia, crib bedding for Adam, a quilt, slipcovered headboard, slipcovered chair, a pillow and roman shades for Mia's room. Slipcovers for my dining chairs. The bummer part is I have no pictures to share at the moment. Must take some and post them here. What's the point of a blog with no pictures?!

Ok, I'm off for now. Will return with photos of my projects and more ramblings if you care to read them.
